Z O.O. is to support clients in preventing, identifying, and minimizing the impact of cybersecurity threats by delivering modern, tailored technological solutions and incident response services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.2 Nature of Activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VIRTUO GROUP SP. Z O.O. is a private, self-financed entity providing IT services, cybersecurity services, consulting, and systems maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.3 Authorization<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VIRTUO SOC operates under the authorization of the Management Board of VIRTUO GROUP SP. Z O.O. and based on agreements concluded with clients.<br>The team is authorized to handle and coordinate security incidents on behalf of clients, in accordance with applicable contractual arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Policies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.1 Incident Classification<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Security incidents are classified in accordance with established procedures and contractual provisions.<br>The default incident priority level is&nbsp;<em>normal<\/em>, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.2 Confidentiality and Information Disclosure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All information related to incident handling is treated as confidential and protected under applicable laws, contractual obligations, and non-disclosure agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.3 Communication and Authentication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data processed by VIRTUO GROUP SP. Z O.O. is secured in accordance with applicable legal regulations and internal security policies.<br>The Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms used by the organization comply with the&nbsp;<strong>ISO\/IEC 27001<\/strong>&nbsp;standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.1 Incident Response<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VIRTUO SOC supports organizations throughout the full incident response lifecycle, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>preparation and planning,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>detection and analysis of events,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>containment of incident impact,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eradication and system recovery,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>post-incident analysis and recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.2 Proactive Activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VIRTUO SOC carries out proactive activities as part of the provided&nbsp;<strong>SOC-as-a-Service<\/strong>, including in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>continuous improvement of detection and incident response processes within its own Security Operations Center,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>increasing client security awareness through recommendations, consultations, and ongoing threat-related communication,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>participation in exercises, tests, and initiatives within the CSIRT community aimed at enhancing operational readiness and knowledge exchange,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proactive threat monitoring, security trend analysis, and continuous updates of detection rules and response procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
